SI Joint Therapy

This gentle class can be useful for students with SI joint issues, hip imbalances or lower back pain. We work with techniques to release a "stuck" feeling in one SI joint as well as self-massage to unlock tight areas and to improve proprioception in the pelvis. Finally, we explore subtle stability work to improve the muscular support around the SI joints. You will need a yoga strap, a block and two rubber massage balls (or similar).
